How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you've ordered a custom build, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your deck.
What is your return policy on used decks?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and un-skated items in their original packaging. Once a deck has been gripped or skated, it cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Underground Skate Shop ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-14 business days. Please note that customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay.
How do I know which truck size fits my deck?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. Generally, you want your axle width to match your deck width. If you are unsure, feel free to contact our support team for a professional recommendation.
