At Underground Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your deck, apparel, or hardware isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Check Eligibility
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; skateboards must not be gripped or skated.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our shop crew inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
